AI Schedule Assistant App: How Aria Organizes Your Day
Key answer Aria is an AI schedule assistant that turns one spoken or typed sentence into tasks and events. In the morning it briefs you in two or three sentences on what matters today, and in the evening it helps you move what is left to tomorrow. All non-AI features are free, and AI requests are free up to 20 a day.
How does one sentence become a plan?
“Report due Friday, team meeting tomorrow at 3 PM.” That one sentence becomes a task and an event. If you talk longer, Aria splits it into suggested tasks and Add All saves them at once. Results show as cards you can undo. When you type by hand, phrases like “tomorrow at 3 PM” are understood too. The full steps are in How to add tasks and events by voice.
What are the morning briefing and evening reset?
- Morning — The briefing hands you today’s events and what to do first in two or three sentences, and you can have it read aloud. Start the first task with one timer from Start Today, and the time left shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
- Evening — Aria goes over what is left today and anything past due, and Reschedule All moves it in one go.
- End of the week — A weekly briefing looks back at what you finished, your routines and your mood.
Can it answer questions that need current information?
Yes. When a chat question needs up-to-date information, Aria searches the web and answers with sources, shown as small pills. The Look it up button on a task works the same way. Web search is free up to 3 times a day, and Aria Pro raises that to 10 a day. You can also give any AI answer a thumbs up or down.
How do my notes connect over time?
Scraps collect notes, links and files in one place, and Time Capsule resurfaces entries from one week to one year ago. Synapse links people, topics and thoughts into a map and finds related notes by meaning, even when the words differ. What you tell Aria is kept as memory for later chats, and you can view or delete it in Settings, AI, Memory.

Aria Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The price is shown in your local currency in the app and the App Store before you buy.
How is my data handled?
At first launch Aria tells you what goes where and asks for your consent before using AI. Only what a request needs is sent over an encrypted connection, and your account ID and email are not sent.
