Pricing
Is Aria free?
Yes, you can start free. Every non-AI feature is free, and you get 20 AI questions a day for free, refilled daily. If you want more, you can choose Aria Pro (monthly or yearly subscription); the price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.
What does Aria Pro add?
Up to 200 AI requests a day (a daily fair-use limit applies to keep the service stable), multiple alarms per task, and search across your entire past conversations (free covers the last 7 days). Web search and Look it up go from 3 to 10 a day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Aria → Cancel Subscription. Deleting your account in the app does not cancel the subscription automatically.
Devices and account
Which devices does Aria run on?
iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. iPhone and iPad need iOS or iPadOS 26.0 or later. It supports Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Control Center and the Action Button, Siri and Shortcuts, and the Mac menu bar.
Is there an Android or Windows version?
Not right now. Aria is available only as an iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch app from the App Store.
Can I use Aria without signing in?
Yes, you can start without signing in. Your records stay on that device, and signing in with Apple links them across your other devices.
How do I see the same records on several devices?
On every device, go to Settings → Account and choose Sign in with Apple using the same Apple Account. If it does not work, see Aria not syncing.
Which languages does Aria support?
English and Korean.
How old do I have to be?
People under 14 cannot use Aria. If the law where you live requires a higher age, you must meet that age.
AI and privacy
Are my records used to train AI?
No. Aria and its AI providers do not use your data to train AI models. Only what a request needs is sent over an encrypted connection, and your account identifier and email are not sent. Details are in the AI Notice.
Can I use Aria with AI turned off?
Aria is a generative-AI assistant, so there is no setting that turns off only the AI features. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings → AI → Withdraw AI Consent, and your tasks, scraps and chats are not deleted.
How do I see or delete what the AI remembers?
Go to Settings → AI → Memory to review and delete it.
Are there ads in the app?
No. You can turn off ad performance measurement in Settings → Privacy.
How do I delete my account and data?
If you signed in with Apple, tap Settings → Account → Delete account. As a guest, tap Settings → Account → Delete all my data. Deleting removes your server account and all data immediately and cannot be undone.
Features and integrations
Does Aria work with my iPhone calendar?
Yes. Allow calendar access and events from the calendars on your iPhone, such as iCloud and Google, show up in Aria. If they do not, see iPhone calendar events not showing in Aria.
Can I move my tasks over from Apple Reminders?
Yes. Go to Settings → General → Import and choose Import Apple Reminders. Aria only reads your reminders; it does not delete or change them. The steps are in Move tasks from Apple Reminders to Aria.
Will alerts ring in silent mode?
A task set to a Must-ring alarm rings like an alarm even in silent mode or a Focus. The free plan gives you one Must-ring alarm per task. Details are in iPhone to-do alarms that actually ring.
Can I create events from photos or PDFs?
Yes. Share a photo, screenshot or PDF and Aria finds the dates and suggests events and reminders. Organizing attached photos is available on the free plan too. See Add events from photos, screenshots and PDFs.
Does Aria have widgets?
Yes. Today’s tasks, routines, D-day and monthly calendar widgets can go on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. See Add a to-do widget on iPhone.
