How to Move Apple Reminders into Aria

Step by step
- Open Import In Aria, open Settings, General, Import.
- Allow Reminders access Tap Import Apple Reminders and allow access to Reminders.
- Choose your lists Pick the lists to bring over. To include items you already finished, turn on Also import completed reminders.
- Import only what you pick In the preview the AI organized, choose the tasks you want and tap Import.
What happens to my original Reminders?
Aria only reads Apple Reminders. It never deletes or changes anything, so your lists in the Reminders app stay exactly as they were after the move.
What if the import doesn’t work?
- If you see a message that Reminders access is off — In the iPhone Settings app, go to Privacy & Security, Reminders, and turn on Aria.
- If you see that there are no Reminders lists to import — You need at least one list in the Reminders app.
After the move, check Aria as a to-do list app and iPhone to-do reminders that actually ring.
