Last checked · Aria 1.1.4 · Written by LIPSON

Key answer In Aria you can turn things you do every day into routines, build a streak, and follow the steps one at a time with a routine timer. At the end of the week, a Weekly Briefing looks back at what you completed, your routines and your mood.

How does the streak build?

Make something you repeat daily into a routine and a streak builds each time you finish it. You can see the number of days you are on right now, your longest streak and the days you finished over the last 13 weeks as a grid.

What is the Follow along timer?

A routine with several steps, like a morning routine, can be run one step at a time with Follow along. A timer leads each step, and you tap Done or Skip to move to the next one.

Can I check off from a widget?

Yes. You can check off a routine from the Home Screen Routine widget without opening the app. For how to add widgets, see Add a to-do widget on iPhone.

How do I look back on my habits?

At the end of the week the Weekly Briefing looks back at what you completed, your routines and your mood. For a one-off repeating task that is not a routine, set it to repeat in your to-do list.
